Our mission and why the work matters

Over a billion people live with a disability, and far too many websites quietly shut them out. We are here to make it easy and affordable for ordinary businesses and the agencies who serve them to do better by their visitors.

It is the kind of work where you can point at something real. A person who could not read a page now can. A shop that was losing customers it never noticed is losing fewer. That is enough to get up for.

How we work

We are a small team and we plan to stay lean. That means less process, more trust, and everyone close enough to the product to actually care how it turns out. We are remote friendly and care about what you ship and how you treat people, not which hours you sit at a desk.

We talk plainly, in the product and with each other. We would rather say a thing is hard, or that we got it wrong, than wrap it in soft language. If clear and honest sounds like a relief rather than a risk, you will fit in here.

What we look for

More than any specific stack, we look for people who take care and tell the truth.

• You care about the person on the other end of the screen, not just the ticket
• You can explain your thinking simply, without hiding behind jargon
• You would rather fix the real problem than paper over it
• You are comfortable with a small team where you own things end to end
• A genuine interest in accessibility, or a real willingness to learn it well

Open roles

We do not have any open roles right now, and we would rather tell you that than post a job we are not really hiring for.
