System Status
A simple, honest view of how ClearPath services are running right now.
Widget CDN
This is the network that delivers the widget script to your visitors. It is the part that has to be fast and always up, since it loads on every page view. It is currently serving normally with no reported delays.
Config API
The config API is what tells the widget which tools, languages and appearance to use for each of your sites. When you change a setting in the dashboard, this service pushes it out. It is responding normally.
Analytics pipeline
This is the pipeline that counts widget usage and feeds the Statistics view in your dashboard. Numbers may take a short while to appear during busy periods, which is normal, but data is flowing and nothing is being dropped.
Dashboard
The dashboard is where you register domains, change settings and read your analytics. Login and all account pages are loading normally.
Accessibility statement generator
The generator scans a page and produces an accessibility statement in the site's language. Scans are completing within the usual time and generated statements are saving correctly.
Billing
Checkout, subscription changes and invoices are processing normally. If a payment is ever delayed on the provider side, your widget keeps running while things settle, so your visitors are not affected.
Uptime over the last 90 days
We track availability for each service over a rolling 90-day window. Here is where things stand today. The widget CDN is held to the highest bar, because it is the piece that has to load on every page.

- Config API: 99.95%
- Analytics pipeline: 99.90%

How we handle incidents
If something goes wrong, we would rather tell you plainly than hide it. When a service is degraded or down, we update the state on this page and post a short note about what is affected and what we are doing about it.
For anything that touches many customers, we also email account owners. When it is resolved, we post a brief summary so you can see what happened. We keep the language simple and we do not dress up a real outage as a minor blip.
